The Hollywood Reporter asked Newman about the hype surrounding the trailer, and he was quick to explain that it was made to get people to buy tickets for the movie and the trailers.
He told the publication that the trailer was “made to get some people to go see the movie.
It had nothing to do with anything else.”
Newman told the newspaper that he’s “always been a huge fan of trailers” and that he was pleased to see that they “tried to take advantage of some of the elements that we all love and have a love for.”
Fox’s new movie, however, does not seem to have any love for trailers.

Newman explained that he wants the movie to “be a big hit.”
